Refunds/Returns/ Cancellations

Because our products are designed for small children, whose health and safety is important to us, we are unable to accept returns (other than those for the reasons specified above.) We do not know what an item has been exposed to as far as contaminants or potential allergens once it ships from us. 

 

Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will do everything in our power to make it right. Item must be returned in the condition you received it. Once a return label has been issued, you have 7 days to return it.

Once the tags are removed, we can no longer accept a return.

 

All custom items are final sale, please ensure all details are correct before placing the order.

We strive to get orders out the same day they are placed, therefore any orders for Ready to Ship (RTS), cannot be changed once placed.

 

Cozy O Designs LLC is not responsible for undelivered orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer or undelivered orders after they are marked as delivered by USPS. If you need help filing a claim with USPS, please send an email and we will gladly assist you in the process.
